Catherine Knox

Catherine has a background in marketing, adult education and corporate training.  She currently delivers a mental health awareness program for the Black Dog Institute.  Following the distress she suffered with postnatal depression Catherine has pursued a passionate interest in the area of mental health and women’s life experiences.  She is undertaking her MA in Gender and Cultural Studies at Sydney University.  Catherine is CEO of the Gidget Foundation, a role that includes advocacy and frequent representation to professional and community groups.  Her husband and five children keep her grounded.
